San Marino, the world’s oldest Republic, was founded a stonemason named Marinus the Dalmatian, who founded a small community hid on the peak of Mount Titan where the profiles of three towers stand out (Guaita, Cesta and Montale). San Marino is the ideal holiday destination of many tourists who choose the Riviera as their vacation destination and who do not miss the chance to climb Mount Titan, at least once in their life.
Rimini, is a town whose origins date back to Roman and Malatesta times. Nowadays the famous Bridge of Tiberius, the Arch of Augustus, Sismondo Castle and the Malatesta Temple are the most remarkable existing historical monuments of Rimini, the undisputed capital of the Riviera in Romagna. Rimini offers a wide choice of services and attractions to its tourists: the marvellous old town centre, where you will find the Domus of Chirurgo (Surgeons-House), many amusement parks, night-life locals and beaches.
Riccione is the queen of fun and shopping. It is very famous for Viale Ceccarini (Ceccarini Promenade) and its shops with the best famous fashion brands. Rimini hosts the best discos of the Riviera, many amusement parks, the most popular ones such as Aquafan and Oltremare. Rimini is a paradise for young people but for families and children as well.
Cesenatico is located just a few kilometres from San Mauro Mare; it is famous for its splendid Port Channel, planned by Leonardo da Vinci. Cesenatico offers everything anyone would want to spend a wonderful holiday by the seaside: well-equipped beaches, a seafront full of bars and shops, restaurants where you can enjoy the famous, and the so-called “blue fish” of the Adriatic Sea.
Cervia - Milano Marittima
Cervia is the town of salt, the so-called “white gold”, surrounded by its famous pinewood. Anyway, Cervia is much more besides: it offers many different attractions such as a health farm, nature and the “twin” town Milano Marittima, a shopping paradise, home of VIPs and of its never-ending “cool” happy hours.
